It has come to our attention that the there was an error with the Form Max version of the Monthly Meal Report.
This error caused the child's names to become "0" once you finished entering them and went on to the next field. This error has been corrected. Please destroy your local copy and re-download the new version from our website. We apologize for this and appreciate everyone's input on helping us to discover this issue.
